Who We Are
NCCEEP is a dedicated non-profit organisation committed to fostering cultural, educational, and economic growth for Black-Canadians. Our mission is to build bridges between communities, empower individuals, and create opportunities that enhance the quality of life for people of African descent in Canada. Through our diverse programs, events, and partnerships, we strive to celebrate our rich heritage while embracing the values of inclusivity and progress.
Empowering Through Programs
At NCCEEP, we offer a range of programs designed to support mental wellness, senior care, entrepreneurship, and community development. Each initiative is tailored to address the unique needs of our community, ensuring that every individual has the resources and support they need to thrive.

WEBS Centre
The Windsor-Essex Black Seniors Centre offers diverse activities and support for seniors of African descent in Windsor. The centre serves as a vibrant community hub for cultural engagement, health and wellness, and social connection.

Living Life
We understand the challenges that come with aging and are here to support our elders to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Tomorrow’s Leaders Starting Out (ToLSO)
We provide microgrants of up to $5,000 each to young participants aged 15-30, enabling them to turn their ideas into reality.

Sokoni
The Sokoni Black Entrepreneurship Program shines a light on local Black entrepreneurs and Black-owned businesses in Ontario.
Jubilee Foods
Jubilee Foods is an African food bank created to provide healthy and culturally specific grocery items to help combat food insecurity in the Windsor-Essex community
Seniors Social Hour
The goal of this program is to foster rich and meaningful social engagements among senior citizens in Windsor and Kitchener, Ontario.
