Who We Are

NCCEEP is a dedicated non-profit organisation committed to fostering cultural, educational, and economic growth for Black-Canadians. Our mission is to build bridges between communities, empower individuals, and create opportunities that enhance the quality of life for people of African descent in Canada. Through our diverse programs, events, and partnerships, we strive to celebrate our rich heritage while embracing the values of inclusivity and progress.

Empowering Through Programs

At NCCEEP, we run programs for all ages, from birth through adulthood: support for Black parents and young children, youth leadership and mental wellness, entrepreneurship, and care for our seniors. A Sound Mind sits under the Ontario Black Youth Action Plan as Innovative Support for Black Parents. We respond to the needs our community names, and we complement the work of others rather than duplicating or competing with it.

The Windsor-Essex Black Seniors Centre offers diverse activities and support for seniors of African descent in Windsor. The centre serves as a vibrant community hub for cultural engagement, health and wellness, and social connection.
